Order Processing Time
All purchase orders are dealt with in the order that we receive them. Orders for full rolls/pieces dispatch within 1-2 days, sometimes same day for orders received early in the day. Cut length orders take
2-3 working days to be processed, up to 5 working days during our busier times (trade shows, high volume of cut orders, etc). When we receive an order for cut lengths, there is quite a lot of extra work involved,
Our warehouse picks the roll.
Our cutting department then take the fabric from a full roll, measure it, cut it, inspect it and then re-roll it. The finishing department then re-package the fabric, It then goes to the warehouse for dispatch, unless more than one cut piece is on the order, in which case the process is repeated. The more cuts, the longer it will take to process the order
Delivery Time UK
We ship all orders by courier. Swatches and samples only are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class but it is not a guaranteed service and goods cannot be tracked. If the parcel is damaged or missing, we cannot be held responsible and will be unable to send a replacement free of charge, so this service is at the customer’s own risk. Courier delivery is next working day delivery and goods sent this way are traceable via a tracking number. If you need a timed delivery, please let us know – 9am / 10am / 12 noon available, as well as Saturday delivery.
Our delivery charges for the UK are as follows:
Standard first-class postage charges: £3.95 + VAT (non-guaranteed service)
Swatches and samples only.
Courier Charge (usually TNT): £10.50 + VAT via DX (next working day delivery up to 7pm. DX do endeavor to deliver to businesses by 5pm). Oversize parcels (100cms+ in length) £16.00 + VAT
Orders £800 + VAT in value – Carriage paid. (All prices subject to change)

European delivery times are approximately 3-5 working days, remote areas approx. 4-5 working days – all depending on location.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur once the parcel has left us and is with the delivery company.
In the event that parcels are delayed or missing, we will work closely with you and the courier until a satisfactory resolution has been reached.
