Our new online ordering system has been designed to be fast and easy to use so you can place your order quickly and get on with your working day.
Here’s a very quick step-by-step guide to placing your first order.

The first step is that you must be registered with us. If you aren’t, learn how to register by clicking here. Once you are all set, go to the top left corner of the menu and look for BUY FABRICS.

 

Once you tap this or hover your mouse over it, you will see the following options:

 

Click on the category you would like to view and then you will be able to see all the available fabrics in that section.  We will choose spots in this tutorial.

We are going to select design number 9336 – to do this, simply click on the fabric chip and it will open the product up in a new screen:

Simply click on one of the small round colours to select the one you want.  Below, we have chosen RED.

Click on the quantity/metres required to change the metreage to what you would like to order (please note, the system will not let you order less than our minimum order quantity). You will then click ‘add to basket’. If you have finished making your selection, click the basket icon on the top right hand corner of the screen. If not, repeat the process.  If you know what you’re looking for, you can also use the search feature to type in a pattern number or a product type, i.e. ‘Stretch Lace’:

Once you have finished, go to your basket to review your order. If everything is correct click on ‘Proceed to checkout’. On the next page you will be able to check your billing address and if the delivery address is different, you can enter it here or choose it from your address list. Customers with a credit account can select the option to charge the order to their account.  Proforma customers can choose to pay by card OR select the bank transfer option and send the funds separately:

If you pay by card, your order will begin processing right away (during normal working hours). If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will wait until the funds have cleared before we process your order.  Please note that from the moment we receive payment and your order is received, the following processing times apply:

Cut length orders take 2-3 working days to be processed (can be longer during busy times).
Orders for full rolls/pieces take 1-2 working days to be processed

Once we have shipped the order, you will then need to allow a further 1-2 working days for delivery.

As soon as you submit your order, you will receive an email acknowledgement and a PDF invoice. If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, our bank information will also be emailed to you.  You will be able to view your order and monitor the progress of it from your account. If your order is for cut lengths, please take into account the above processing and shipping times and rest assured that you will be notified as soon as your order is ready and has shipped.

That’s it, you’re all done! Now all you have to do is sit back and wait for your order to be delivered.
